Seems there is quite a stir lately about the Traffic Hoopla ranking system.

This I’ve personally questioned over the last few months due to my own tracking and data collected, plus other conversations in forums such as the Net Marketing Forum. Seems there is concern whether the rankings are biased or in fact true realistic data.

Several other traffic exchange owners and marketers have expressed their concern. Read Tim Linden’s latest blog post on this matter.

Jon Olson, owner of several traffic exchanges and well respected in this industry, for many years has also made several comments in this respect.

On another note this post made by Robert Puddy and similar comments by others is of great concern to many.

For years I followed, believed in the Traffic Hoopla data that was being posted. Now I’m not so sure. Many questions have been brought to light. While it is a known fact that any traffic exchange ranked by Traffic Hoopla will see new activity and members, are they really joining for the right reasons?

That’s my take, comments welcome.

Guessing that everyone is finally recovering from the Fast Flipper Fortnight and Mayhem promotion.

No doubt an exciting 2 weeks plus of some awesome activity and to be perfectly honest, it has not yet subsided.

Which means of course you will need to keep an eye on your assigned credits to make sure your sites are still being rotated.

Yes, today is the last day for the awesome promotion created and coordinated by Mr. Paul Kinder of Traffic Splash. Getting 20 traffic exchanges to work together, combine efforts has to be a first. Kudos Paul!

To my knowledge there has never been a larger combined effort put forth by this many exchanges. 20 in all, all top of the line exchanges.

First we had a fortnight (2 weeks) of surfing promotions which awarded over 400,000 free credits total, 1,000 credits each to 30 winners each day.
