New Programs of Value
Well it’s been a hectic couple of days to say the least. So many new things happening, couple of brand new just launched programs that not only look great but worth their weight in gold.
The most valuable one in my opinion was launched yesterday. ProTrackerPlus owned by Dan Moses and Mark Brown. You’ve already seen my opinion on this one in the previous post. This is a must have for serious Internet marketers, not only a tracker like no other, but the training to back it up. If you haven’t seen it yet, take a quick peak here.
Or if you want to just read my review in the previous post, you’ll get the idea of how I feel about this program and the owners.
While ProTrackerPlus was being launched, at the same time another cool idea owned by Sheila Schofield was also being launched. I’m sure you’ve already seen this, but it really is a very innovative idea. It’s really a new twist on exchanging traffic.
It’s call Exit Explosion and what it does is allow you to put a small piece of code on your website so that when someone is about to leave they get a little pop-up for someone elses site. Actually it looks like a pop-up but is quite different. You gain credits by showing other peoples ads when they are about to leave your site. Your ad is then displayed on other’s sites in exchange for having the code on yours.
Guess you might call it a traffic exchange too, with a little different approach. :) If you haven’t seen it yet, you might want to take a peak at how it operates. ExitExplosion.com Was lucky enough to be one of the first in this program before it launched. Has worked really well and feel it has great potential as another avenue for advertising.
Of course how could I leave out the PeelaWay Ads. These are not brand new, but only a couple of months since they launched. I have really fallen in love with these non-obtrusive little gems. As you know I created some peel affiliate ads for all members of Soaring4Traffic the day after the peel was launched. If you haven’t tried them yet, they are quite easy to add to any web page you own. Just copy the peel script on your “Promote” page and paste right above the closing body tag on any website.
The owners have now updated the instructions with video and more detailed information should you wish to buy the script for your own use.
So why do I write about these new products. Main reason is I’m always looking for new ways to advertise Soaring4Traffic to bring in more members. Another reason I like both Exit Explosion and PeelAWay ads is the fact they are traffic exchange friendly. Neither require you to close them to move to the next page when surfing. Personally, when I’m surfing, even though we allow one pop-up as most exchanges do, still don’t like having to close it before moving on.
Exit Explosion is a pop-up, sort of, but not one that has to be closed. It will disappear when you click for your next page. Tested it to make sure. Personally I hope that Exit Explosion and Peel Away Ads replace pop-ups and fly in ads completely.
Why do I recommend Pro Tracker Plus? Because I think anyone that is truly serious with their advertising should track the results. Advertising can get expensive, yet is a must to build your business. So why wouldn’t you want to track the results to see if your money is being spent wisely? Has great value also in letting you know which ads are producing and which are just plain duds.
Whatever your business is, you need ways to advertise. Advertising in most cases is your largest expense. That’s why I like the three programs mentioned in this aritcle. New ways to advertise and new way to track your results.
By the way, to test your Exit Explosion and Peelaway ads, put a ProTrackerPlus link in them. I’m already doing that..lol
All of these programs have been added to the resources links on the main page of this blog. Feel free to check them out any time you wish or feel you’re ready to experiment a little.
Just might add that another reason I like these programs is that each one has a lucrative affiliate program. Programs with this much value to all that use them are the type programs I like to recommend to others. Promoting a program of value is sure much better than selling the “dream” that doesn’t exist.
Always check the resources link on the main page for any new programs of interest I find. Some of these I have found being advertised on Soaring4Traffic, another reason I stress to each of you to look at the pages as you surf. Might be surprised at what you find.
Would love to have your comments on this post. Now, I won’t be sending out an email about this post, but the first 5 people that leave their comments, will receive 100 credits to their Soaring4Traffic account. Testing ..

Hi Ray,
I agree with you about ProTrackerPlus. I think it’s going to be very valuable to me in the coming months.
I like the peel-away ads, but haven’t had time to even think about buying and using it. It’s still on my to-do list, but the priority is fading as other things take priority.
I knew it had to happen now and then, but I’m going to disagree with you about the Exit Explosion ads. I went to the site to see what it was about and it properly detected when I started to click on a link in my bookmarks bar, but I was gone to the new site before the ad had time to load.
So, I went back and tried again. This time, I moved to a link and waited for the ad to load so I could see it.
I’m underwhelmed.
I don’t think it’s going to work well and it’s annoying.
Of course, I could be wrong about the going to work feeling, but I know it’s annoying. It ranks right in their with the footer ads (or whatever it’s called) and all the other slide in, fly in, pop in and everything else that is using a gimmick to replace proper salesmanship.
Sure, they may work for a time, but I don’t see any longevity.
ProTrackerPlus, on the other hand, works behind the scenes as a real, usable tool. It has longevity because the more links we run through it, the more we will depend upon it and the information it provides to us. It’s not annoying at all, because the visitor never sees it.
I don’t think the two items (ProTrackerPlus and Exit Explosion) are even in the same ballpark.
But, as I know all too well, sometimes I can be wrong.
Act on your dream!

John, you’re right for sure about Exit Explosion and ProTrackerPlus not being in the same ball park. As usual I love your comments, think that’s why I appreciate you so much.
You could be right that Exit Explosion is a fad right now. Am kind of wondering why the ad you checked wasn’t loading. Makes me think the server might not be able to handle the load. From what I understand almost 4,000 already signed up.
Think I might have been excited about it, because it disappears with the page when used in a traffic exchange. Always looking out for smooth surfing operations…
Will be able to give some real stats on it’s effectiveness in the near future, using ProTrackerPlus to track the effectiveness.
Love your participation so much, added 500 credits to your account.
Regards,
Ray

I think exit explosion is decent. I wouldn’t recommend placing it on a main site however given that it’s likely to cover it up (unless of course your preferred site is the EE site). Otherwise, it seems to work fairly well.

I couldn’t agree more with you, Ray, on Pro Tracker Plus. Dan Moses and Mark Brown really know what they are talking about and I’ve found both of them to be honest and sincere individuals over the past three years I’ve been using traffic exchanges.
As soon as I received the email stating it was now open for business, I went to ProTracker Plus signed up and upgraded my account! It is not often you get a chance to be in at the very beginning of a program with these two online marketing experts. We aren’t even through the weekend yet and I’ve already received referrals and a commission as well.
Also, I absolutely love the surfing console in Soaring4Traffic, especially the way you designed it so that the console is available without having to sign into the traffic exchange. The way it updates my programs by putting the most recently surfed ones at the bottom of the list is a real brain saver (I don’t have to stress out trying to remember which ones I already surfed!).
Sincerely,
Timothy Smith

Hello Ray,
I would have to agree with you whole heartily, because I purchased Peelaway Ads and Exit Explosion when they 1st hit the internet, an I think there are great.
I already have several link trackers, but I will give Protrackerplus a look.
Thanks Ray for keeping us informed

I know I missed the extra credits but I\’ll post anyway.
I purchased Pealaway ads a while back but still haven\’t used it as I have been procrastinating put up my site.
I already use 2 other ad trackers and do not like exit ads which are blocked with Firefox anyway.
Ray, if you are looking for effective advertising, this is probably going to be the most effective of all. It is only a couple of months old.
It is free to join and you can win free cash by watching a presentation at the WIN network.

Jeannette, you didn’t miss the credits, added them already.
That’s why I allow comments here, not for everyone to agree with what I’ve written but more to get varied thoughts and expressions about each post.
We certainly cannot agree on everything, nor should we. If we did there would only be one program for everyone to advertise.
Just love to have varied opinions.
Thanks to everyone that commented, your credits have been added to your account.

Well guys im pretty new to all of this, but i can say that Ray White and Dan Moses are two of the greatest Guys on the Net in my opinion.
If you use traffic exchanges, then these are the Guys to Listen too.
They will show you the Very Best of the Best. Its not all about Clicking.
Its all about testing and tracking.
With Dans new Program, You not only get to Track your Sites, you get
A lot of tutorial and a lot of Knowledge.
Thanks again, Ray, for being you. I really appreciate all of the help you give your fellow members. Keep up the good work.

Hi ray, I actually saw your splash page for PTP when i was surfing yesterday and signed up right away. I purchased the one year upgrade as it seemed like a great deal. Too bad it doesn’t have a 2 tier affiliate program as i’ve already have a few referral upgrades of my own.
I really like their built cloak link builder and hope Dan integrates his rotator within PTP(unless i missed it?).
I would alos just like to post a few comments abouts ExitExplosion. First for the positives: This is a great program for traffic exchanges. Why, you ask? The popup will only “pop” when the user has moved the cursor “mouse pointer” beyond your page, meaning he is ready to click on the “next” button. This usually means he not interested in what you have to offer so now you can rack up .1 credits towards a popup.
Second, this program will help you reach people you would not usually be able to reach. It’s impossible to know who is using these so you can connect with people all the over the web. Whether these people are interested in what you have to offer well…….
Now fo some negative…I think it would be quite foolish to put ExitExplosion on anything else than a splash page on a traffic exchange. Why? Because that popup will have nothing to do with your site and it will send people AWAY from your site! If you really want to create an Exit popup on your main website, you should create one that will send your traffic to an affiliate of yours or something similar.
As for peel away ads, i have stayed away from them for now as i don’t think they would be the most effective advertising method…just my personal opinion…any data to the contrary could change my opinion
It’s nice to see such an involved traffic exchange owner.
keep up the good work, Ray

Steve and Marc, even though you guys weren’t in the first 5, still added 100 credits to your account. Thanks for the comments.
Marc as for a 2 tier affiliate program, might be speaking out of turn but Dan and Mark prefer to keep it PayPal compliable. Any program that pays on more than one level is considered an MLM and not compatible. Now with that said you will receive residual income for the members you refer each month they continue as an upgraded member. First level only. So referring others is a good thing, can for sure pay for your upgraded fees.
Incorporating the PageSwirl rotator into PTP has been discussed, not sure of the decisions.
Since I use the PageSwirl rotators in all my traffic exchanges and for that matter other places, all I did was set up tracker links for each of my rotators. For more in depth data, each site in each rotator I also set up a tracker link for them. This way I will know which splash page is performing better.
Of course I like the shorter cloaked links so use them extensively.
Again, thanks to everyone for your comments.

I’m loving PTP, and agree I’d like to see a rotator incorporated into it…would make it “complete” in my book.
As far as “Exit Explosion”, I hate pop-ups of any kind, so this is not something I’d be using. I’ve already seen some exit pop-ups with this, and I have to say it’s pretty annoying (even if it does only show up when you’re ready to leave the site).
